Free Shipping
For orders of €50.00 or more within the Netherlands, shipping is free. For orders under €50.00 we charge €5.00 shipping costs .

Pick up order?
No, we do not have a pick-up location.

Delivery times
If you order on workdays before 12:00, we will send your package the same day. This does not apply on official holidays.

Not home? No problem
Are you not at home during delivery and can the package not be delivered to your neighbors? Then your order will be delivered to a PostNL ServicePoint nearby the next day. You will receive a card with a code in your mailbox, with which you can see where your package is via track and trace.

Change delivery
You can choose to have your package delivered again at home or to your neighbours. Choose from different dates and time slots, both during the day and in the evening. Would you rather choose a different PostNL point? This is also possible until 23:59 via PostNL.

Didn't receive a not-at-home card?
If you have not received a card with a not-at-home code and QR code, you can arrange your delivery via track and trace with your shipment number and postcode. Are you having trouble? Contact PostNL Customer Service for help.

Shipping via PostNL
All our packages are sent via the PostNL parcel service. Unfortunately, we cannot specify specific delivery times. Your package can therefore be offered all day long.
